ManU have a systemic problem beyond just the coaches.

They have no discernable playing culture that I can venture. They speak to having an academy but Mourinho is the worst coach to have if you want to bring academy players forward. He's not a youth player development coach like Poch at Spurs.

Mourinho's lockeroom antics don't sit well anymore. What was groundbreaking 20 years ago is no longer seen as acceptable. Either the game and players have changed, or mourinho has taken his dark arts to new lows and players aren't responding to it anymore. As a coach that needs to buy players since he doesn't develop them, if players no longer wished to be bought by you and play for you, then you have serious issues.

United should bring on a guy from the Fergie years and try and reinforce what the club was about and maybe even blow it up for 2 years or more, all they have to do is stay up in the EPL.
